After graduating with a First Class Honours degree from the RNCM, Jody has enjoyed performing across the UK and beyond with various ensembles including the BBC Philharmonic, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, the CBSO, Northern Chamber Orchestra, Manchester Camerata and Northern Ballet Sinfonia. Over the past few years Jody has been fortunate enough to join several of these orchestras on tours to Germany, India and Saudi Arabia.
As a soloist, Jody has performed in venues including Symphony Hall, Brangwyn Hall and Birmingham Town Hall, and during her time at the RNCM she won the Cowen Prize for Violin and the Norman George Violin Scholarship Competition.
Together with her friend Louisa Till, Jody is a member of the Amica Duo. They share music in concert venues and healthcare settings alike, with programmes often featuring music written by living female composers, folk music from around the world and their own original compositions.
Recent session and TV work includes the Take That album ‘This Life’ and the Paramount+ series ‘A Gentleman in Moscow’.
